Periodic check-ups

Even when you don’t have any complaints, it is wise to regularly go to the dentist. During your periodic check-up your dentist will check your teeth, remove plaque and tartar where necessary and can recognise problems with your teeth, such as cavities, at an early stage. This check-up usually happens once every six months.

Why periodic check-ups?

Your teeth endure quite a lot. Eating and drinking leads to abrasions or plaque and tartar build up. When you maintain your teeth on a regular basis the chance of real issues is as small as possible.

How does it work?

During the periodic check-up your teeth are checked thoroughly. They check for cavities and other problems. Plaque and tartar are removed immediately, so the risk of cavities stays as small as possible.
